How Can I View Availability?

DIRECTION.

The property is at 595 E. Broad St, Columbus, OH 43215. You will need to drive in from the rear of the building via Capital St.

TRANSPORTATION

There are multiple bus lines that stop directly in front of the building for your convenience.

PARKING, AND ACCESS

The parking lots are located in the rear of the building and on the adjacent connected lot (Spaces marked 1-10 | PLEASE PARK IN SPACES 1-10 ONLY or it may get towed). Please ensure to display the parking pass on your front window.

Building Access.

The building entry is via the rear and/or front door and you will have received a code for entry.

LAUNDRY

The laundry room is located adjacent to the Resident Lounge. Tenant will need to download the PayRange app for iOS or Android.

Where can I do my laundry?

The building has its own Laundry Center where tenants can wash and dry there laundry.

Parking Space

On-site-assigned parking is available.

Other fees.

Cleaning fee : $250 one time payment
Pet fee : $150 one time payment and $50 rent per month.

Cooling and Heating.

Each unit have a brand new split system AC and heating in each room for independent control.

HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING

Climate settings can be set using the remote for each unit. Please pay attention to the icons which need to be altered for Heating and for Cooling. Setting the temperature only is not enough.

What is included in the unit?

Our furnished unit is complete with all necessary things you need, such as linens, kitchenware, utensils, and bathroom essentials.

What appliances are included?

Each unit is equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove, and oven.

Will it come with window coverings (blinds, curtains, etc.)

Yes.

Utilities

All utility payments are included, such as electricity, water, and WiFi.

How much is the application fee for adulth.

$ 50 per person.

30 day notice to vacate/extend at that point ok?

Yes, Its perfectly fine.

Security Deposit

We require atleast $600 refundable security deposit.

Does the lease need to end the last day of the month?

No, we offer flexible extensions honoring the same rate.

Once the lease has been fulfilled, can they go month to month at the same rate?

Yes.
